When should I buy my dress?
Make sure that you plan your visit to a bridal store about 6 months before your wedding. That leaves enough time for necessary alterations. Usually, you have two appointments following the initial appointment until your dress is perfectly altered. Always call ahead and make an appointment to ensure that a consultant can take care of you.

My wedding is only a few weeks ahead. Can I still get a dress?
We always try our best to enable you to wear your Ladybird dream dress on your big day. If you have a certain dress in mind, please contact a store close to you to request delivery times.

Can I buy a dress from an older collection?
If you fall in love with a Ladybird dress from a previous collection please get in touch with a store close to you to see if the dress might still be available.

What is the price of a Ladybird dress?
Prices always depend on the kind of dress you choose, material, size, alterations etc. Please contact your closest bridal store to request the price.

In what sizes are your dresses available?
Ladybird dresses range from EU size 32 – 60 (UK size 6 – 34). We also offer a special Plus Size collection that goes up to size 60/34 as well.

I tried a dress in the store but it didn`t fit.
Usually, the dresses are available in a sample size in the stores. Your chosen dress is then ordered especially for you in the perfect measurements and will be altered to fit you on your big day.

Can you send me a fabric sample?
Please ask your bridal store for available fabric samples.

Can I order a catalog of your collection?
Catalogues are available at our bridal stores. The current collection is also always on our website.

I found a dress I like in the store but I can`t find photos of it online. Can you send me some?
All available photos are on our website. If you can`t find your style, please contact a store.

What is the best way to get my dress cleaned?
We always recommend giving your dress to a professional cleaner. Please ask your bridal store for recommendations.

Can I share photos of my wedding with you?
Yes! We love receiving pictures of our brides. You can either e-mail us via marketing@ladybird.nl, upload them to our website or visit our Facebook Page or Instagram to share them with us.

I own a bridal store. How can I order your collection?
Pleased to meet you! Please contact us via service@ladybird.nl to talk about how we can work together. You can also meet us at important fairs, such as the Interbride, Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, Harrogate Bridal Show or Nordic Bridal Show.
